Logistics model
We operate a dropshipping model using CJdropshipping and other qualified 3PL partners. We do not run our own warehouse. Our 3PLs handle picking, quality control, packing and dispatch. The system allocates the closest available warehouse (China / US / EU) based on stock.
A. Standard timelines
• Processing time: 3–7 business days
• Shipping time (general window): 14–30 calendar days
• Where stock is available in US/EU warehouses, deliveries are typically faster: 7–14 calendar days.
• Express is available for eligible items/destinations: 3–7 business days.
B. Shipping methods
1) Standard (ex-China) — CJPacket lines
Tracked small-parcel services tailored for dropshipping (CJPacket “Ordinary / Sensitive / Special Line”). Typical delivery to major lanes: 7–12 days to the US; ~8–12 days to UK/EU (special lines to GB/EU often faster).
2) Priority / Local (US/EU) — domestic carriers
When stock sits in US/EU hubs, final-mile is handed to local couriers (e.g., USPS, DPD/GLS). Domestic delivery windows are ~3–7 days in the US and ~2–5 days in EU scenarios.
3) Express — DHL/UPS Worldwide
Premium door-to-door for eligible items and destinations. Typical transit 2–5 business days; Remote Area and Fuel surcharges may apply per carrier rules.
Notes
• Tracking is provided on all methods and syncs to your order.
• PO Boxes are generally not served by DHL/UPS (street address required); USPS does deliver to PO Boxes. (Kept out of the policy body since you asked to focus on methods & cost, but we’ll retain this for FAQs.)
C. Shipping fee

At checkout, fees are auto-quoted from live carrier tables considering destination, weight/volumetric weight, product class (ordinary/sensitive), and ship-from (local vs ex-China).
A) Reference starts — Standard ex-China (CJPacket) for small parcels
Typical “from” fees widely seen for light packages (≤ ~200 g) shipped via CJPacket to these countries:
• USA: US$9.56
• UK: US$7.79
• Italy: US$8.94
• Spain / France: US$8.41
• Canada: US$11.24
• Australia: US$10.90
• Mexico (Sensitive line): US$10.71.
Context for scaling by weight: CJ illustrates ~US$4.50 for a 100 g item via CJPacket vs USPS ~US$5.65; at ~730 g to USA, CJPacket was US$12.64 (historical example showing the curve by weight).
B) Reference — Local US (ship-from US warehouse, USPS)
When the SKU is stocked domestically, USPS rates for small parcels are low. Example published brackets (weight → Zone-based range):
• 29–199 g: US$2.61–US$3.30
• ~227–397 g: US$3.30–US$5.20
• ~0.45 kg: US$6.07–US$7.22
• ~0.90 kg: US$6.40–US$10.12.
C) Express (DHL/UPS)
Small parcels typically start ~US$28 for ~100 g and scale by zone/weight; surcharges (Fuel / Remote Area) may apply per carrier matrices (see DHL 2025 remote list).
D) Important market update — USA imports (2025)
CJ warns of higher landed costs on China→US shipments due to policy changes from May 2025 (de minimis removal on China parcels). Expect shipping+tariff pass-throughs in quotes for affected orders.
Tracking & split shipments
All orders include tracking (shared by email/SMS and visible in the customer account). Orders may ship in multiple parcels if items depart from different warehouses; customers receive separate tracking numbers at no extra charge.
Addresses & delivery
Customers must provide a complete and accurate address. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery, we can re-ship (additional postage may apply). No in-store pickup and no cash on delivery (COD). PO Boxes/APO/FPO: subject to carrier limitations.
Delays & force majeure
Public holidays, peak seasons, customs inspections or carrier incidents can extend timelines. We will keep customers informed where possible.
Loss or damage in transit
Report within 15 days of the estimated delivery date (US/EU) or 30 days (international). Provide photos/video and any carrier confirmation requested so we can process a replacement or refund.
